How can I update my school's information?

Answer: You can update your school’s information anytime by logging into your account and editing your profile. If you are subscribed to the SchoolFinders support program, then you can contact the support team to assist you in updating your schools information.

How do I respond to parent inquiries and reviews?

Answer: You can respond to inquiries and reviews directly through your school owner dashboard. You can also respond from the email used to create your account as you will get all inquiries in your email. Engaging with parents helps build trust and attract more students.

You will get an alert of every purchase from your store in your account dashboard and in your email address.
