How do I list my school on School Finders?

Answer: Click the “Sign Up button and complete the registration form. Once your account is created, you can then click on “Add School” and provide detailed information about your school.

What information should I include in my school listing?

Answer: Include comprehensive details about your school’s facilities, programs, fees, achievements, and contact information. Adding photos and videos can also enhance your listing.

Is there a fee to list my school?

Answer: Yes. We provide a premium listing so school owners can display their school features and also so our marketing efforts can put your school up for greater visibility and engagement.

Schools listed on SchoolFinders get to also create and promote their events for free. 

How do I respond to parent inquiries and reviews?

Answer: You can respond to inquiries and reviews directly through your school owner dashboard. You can also respond from the email used to create your account, as you will get all inquiries in your email. Engaging with parents helps build trust and attract more students.

How can I update my school's information?

Answer: You can update your school’s information anytime by logging into your account and editing your profile. If you are subscribed to the SchoolFinders support program, then you can contact the support team to assist you in updating your schools information.

How do I sign up to sell on School Shop?

Answer: Click on the “Sign-up As Vendor” button and fill out the registration form. Once your account is approved, you can start listing your products/services.

What are the fees for selling on School Shop?

Answer: We charge a small fee of ₦100,000/Yearly. This premium package gives you access to hundreds of schools in our school owners’ community. Vendors can list as many products or services they desire and also get to create and promote their upcoming events for free.

How do I get paid?

Answer: Payments are processed securely and transferred to your bank account every first and last Monday of the month.

Can I advertise within the marketplace?

Yes. You can run ads within the SchoolFinders Marketplace for only ₦1,000 for 30 days. Your ad will be placed in strategic locations around the SchoolFinders website.

Can I list both physical and digital products?

Answer: Yes, you can list a variety of products including physical items, digital downloads, and services.

Can I sell in wholesale?

Yes. Vendor can sell in wholesale.

How do I know if I have a sale?

You will get an alert of every purchase from your store in your account dashboard and in your email address.

How do I measure my store performance?

Your account dashboard is loaded with all the necessary statistics and analytics information you need to measure your store performance.
